Role Overview
Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist for its administrative team in Dubai.
The role maintains digital records, processes documents, updates databases, and supports multiple departments with accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update company, client, financial, and administrative information in databases and internal systems.
- Review source documents and verify information before entering data.
- Maintain accurate digital records, spreadsheets, forms, and business databases.
- Correct data entry errors, duplicate records, and missing information.
- Prepare and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and routine data reports.
- Organize, scan, upload, and maintain digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Enter invoice, payment, expense, and transaction information for the accounting team.
- Support HR and administration teams with employee records and authorized data.
- Retrieve database information and provide accurate reports when requested.
- Protect sensitive client, financial, and company information through confidentiality.
- Clarify incomplete or inconsistent information with relevant departments.
- Maintain backups, proper filing, and timely completion of assigned data processing tasks.
