Role Overview
Support daily finance activities, maintain accurate records, and assist the accounting team with routine transactions.
Contribute to efficient financial operations and timely reporting in the Dubai finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative activities.
- Record financial transactions in accounting and ERP systems.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, expenses, and receipts.
- Verify documents and required approvals and track outstanding payments.
- Support monthly financial reports and account summaries.
- Assist with VAT and tax-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments about invoices, payments, and financial records.
- Prepare audit support documents for senior accountants.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
- Perform other finance-related administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant experience is preferred.
