Role Overview
Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller for its administrative team in Dubai.
The role manages company and client documents and supports efficient office operations through effective document control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic company and client documents.
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain document registers, filing systems, and document control logs.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals.
- Name, classify, index, and store documents appropriately.
- Maintain document versions, revisions, and updated records.
- Coordinate documentation requirements with finance, HR, administration, and other departments.
- Scan, upload, and organize documents in digital document management systems.
- Prepare document status reports and provide records to management when required.
- Retrieve relevant documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Follow up on missing, incomplete, or outdated documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company document control policies and applicable requirements.
