Overview

  • Kinetics group is seeking an organized and detail oriented Receptionist cum Secretary to support daily administrative operations
  • Role involves documentation, customer service, and assisting in sales activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and welcoming manner
  • Coordinate with couriers and maintain a record of outgoing samples
  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff
  • Draft, type, and format letters and emails
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate office supplies and place orders as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Info Systems, or related field
  • 2 3 years of experience in receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
