- Bachelor's degree in Business, Info Systems, or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
