- Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail

- Kinetics Group is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Secretary to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of front office activities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reception duties, document management, administrative support, and coordination activities while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
