Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales administration activities, including quotations, customer enquiries, order processing, and sales support
- Maintain supplier pricing records, product databases, and pricing structures while ensuring quotation and order accuracy
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding pricing, quotations, product information, and order requirements
- Monitor quotation status, customer follow ups, sales reports, and supporting documentation
- Support the preparation and maintenance of submittals, catalogues, technical documentation, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with shipping and procurement teams regarding stock availability, sample requests, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, order processing, or customer service functions
- Strong knowledge of quotation management, pricing administration, supplier coordination, and sales reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and CRM systems
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, and business reporting tools
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work effectively within a team environment

Overview

Key Responsibilities
