It will decide based on experience.
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive **Receptionist cum Secretary** to provide front-desk administration and executive support to senior management, including the CEO.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a high level of professionalism in handling administrative and confidential matters.
Reception & Front Office Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and proessional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointments and coordinate schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and proessional reception area
- Provide general administrative assistance to Office staff as required.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf o the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing documents
- Organize & coordinate internal & external meetings, including recording & maintaining MoM.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor and Follow up on key action items, deadlines, and pending tasks
- Arrange logistics or business trips, company events, and conferences
- Maintain organized filing systems and proper documentation records
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar
- administrative role
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-level management is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
- Knowledge office management systems and administrative procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Additional Requirements
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Candidate with Valid Qatar Driving license is a Plus
Renumeration
QAR -4,000 to QAR 5,000 as a full package.
It will decide based on experience.
