A Waiter cum Delivery Rider is responsible for serving customers inside the restaurant and delivering food orders to customers safely and on time.
The role combines customer service, food handling, and delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and ensure customer satisfaction in the restaurant.
- Prepare bills and handle cash or card payments.
- Pack food orders properly for delivery.
- Deliver customer orders safely and within the expected time.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures during deliveries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors for smooth operations.
