Job Description

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue across all outlets.
  • This role requires close collaboration with culinary, operations, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for seasonal menus, special events, and new product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Create engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and appeals to target audiences.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
  • Coordinate public relations activities to promote positive brand image and handle media inquiries.
  • Organize and manage events to engage customers and promote offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve monthly sales uplift targets from marketing campaigns (e.g., +10–15% per campaign).
  • Increase contribution margin per brand through effective promotions.
  • Track ROI of campaigns and maintain ≥ 3:1 return ratio.
  • Grow social media followers and engagement rate (target: ≥ 5–10% monthly growth).
  • Achieve website traffic growth (target: ≥ 15–20% increase quarter on quarter).
  • Maintain email campaign open rate ≥ 25% and click through rate ≥ 5%.
  • Improve SEO ranking for top keywords related to F&B/cloud kitchen brands.
  • Secure minimum number of media/influencer features per quarter.
  • Increase brand mentions and positive sentiment across online platforms.
  • Successfully execute at least 2–3 brand events or collaborations per quarter.
  • Improve customer satisfaction scores on delivery platforms (e.g., ≥ 4.5/5 rating).
  • Maintain marketing spend within approved budget.
