- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Handle cash, card and online payments accurately
- Generate invoices and issue receipts to customers
- Maintain daily cash reports and ensure cash reconciliation at the end of the day
- Coordinate with service advisors and other departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain an organized reception and waiting area
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier or similar role preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/POS systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Good numerical and cash handling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Description
- We are looking for a professional and customer focused Receptionist Cum Cashier to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting customers, managing cash transactions and ensuring smooth daily operations.
