Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence
- Generate corporate accounts and fleet business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop partnerships with dealerships, insurance companies, fleet operators and corporate clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the automotive industry
- Strong network within the UAE automotive sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Self motivated, target oriented and capable of working independently
