- Handle end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR related documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management and employee database updates
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labor cards and related documentation
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records accurately
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities
- Support management with HR initiatives and administrative functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Description
- Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and UAE labor practices.
Key Responsibilities
