Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Purchaser / Procurement Officer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and knowledge of automotive spare parts and workshop consumables.
Job Responsibilities
- Purchase automotive spare parts, consumables, tools, and workshop materials
- Source new suppliers and negotiate best prices and payment terms
- Compare quotations and maintain cost control
- Coordinate with workshop and operations team for daily requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and parts
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier database
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages
- Follow company procurement procedures and approval process
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Good knowledge of spare parts and suppliers in UAE market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
- Good computer skills (Excel, ERP/software knowledge preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
