- Schedule and manage appointments for showroom visits, client meetings, and design consultations
- Record client details and inquiries in the CRM system for sales follow up and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the showroom team, including preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and organizing client records
- Assist in maintaining showroom order, ensuring brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials are available
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles
- Arabic speaker

Job Description
- Need an Arabic Speaker to manage front desk operations by ensuring professional handling of visitors, calls, and administrative coordination.
- The role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting showroom operations through effective communication, appointment coordination, and administrative assistance to the sales and design teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles
