- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Projects, QA/QC, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and ERP documentation
- Support cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5–8 years of procurement experience in FF&E, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of FF&E, custom furniture, joinery, interior fit out materials, and other project related requirements.
- The ideal candidate will oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, contract administration, and delivery coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
