- Lead and manage daily outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate and on time customer deliveries
- Oversee intra logistics activities, including warehouse to warehouse stock transfers and internal material movements
- Plan and optimize vehicle allocation, transportation schedules, delivery routes, and dispatch activities
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery exceptions, and ensure adherence to customer delivery commitments
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, and third party logistics providers
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service levels, and transportation costs
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation, dispatch records, and ERP transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound logistics and intra logistics within a UAE based manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, inventory movement, and distribution management
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead logistics operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Role Summary
- The Assistant Manager – Logistics is responsible for managing outbound logistics and intra logistics operations, including transportation, dispatch, warehouse stock movements, and customer deliveries.
- The role ensures efficient, timely, and cost effective logistics execution through effective coordination with internal teams and transport partners while maintaining high service and safety standards.
