Job Overview

The employer is seeking a Receptionist and Admin Assistant to manage front-desk activities and provide day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally and manage front-desk activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general enquiries.
Prepare and send emails, quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documents.
Prepare reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and suppliers.
Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
Support day-to-day office coordination and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
Previous UAE experience in reception, administration, office coordination, or a similar role is required.
