Role Overview
Wayz Digitally is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist.
The role focuses on managing and improving digital presence and online marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve ROI.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and monitoring.
- Manage WordPress websites, including content updates, basic troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and key digital marketing metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales on marketing and lead-generation objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or evidence of previous Google Ads or SEO results is an advantage.
