Overview
The employer is seeking a proactive Reception Supervisor to coordinate front-desk shift activities, maintain service standards, and support daily administrative flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise reception staff during shifts and maintain professional presentation and greeting standards.
- Coordinate incoming calls, visitor logs, mail distribution, and meeting room allocations.
- Assist in training new reception personnel and manage shift handover procedures.
- Address immediate visitor or client inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a supervisory or senior reception or front-desk role.
- Excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of visitor management software and standard office tools.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
