Overview
The employer is seeking an accomplished General Manager to direct full operational, financial, and strategic performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, departmental alignment, and overall P&L performance.
- Develop and execute business plans to improve profitability, productivity, and market position.
- Lead senior department heads while fostering high performance, accountability, and company culture.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships, vendor contracts, and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive executive leadership experience managing business units and operational teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in financial management and P&L oversight.
- A proven track record in organizational growth, process optimization, and team development.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000 to AED 35,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
