Build lasting client rapport, drive customer satisfaction, and elevate service experiences.
Manage client and guest relationships with a focus on VIP and high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and high-value guests.
- Monitor feedback channels and evaluate client satisfaction trends.
- Resolve complex client and guest issues.
- Establish service delivery standards to personalize and enhance the overall client journey.
- Collaborate with operations and account teams to drive retention and client loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven track record in client relations, guest services, or relationship management.
- Outstanding conflict-resolution, diplomacy, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze feedback data to drive tangible service improvements.
Pay
- Pay is AED 12,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
