- Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, new project launches, and investment opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a strong commercial mindset
