- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new brokers to strengthen team performance and long term success
- Guide and support team members through the full sales cycle, including client acquisition, negotiations, and property transactions
- Monitor KPIs, assess performance, and implement strategies to drive productivity and team growth
- Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate market, including new launches, investment opportunities, and market trends
- Work closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless business execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader within the Dubai property market
- Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and developing successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Commercially minded with a target driven and performance focused approach
