- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new agents to strengthen team capabilities and productivity
- Support team members throughout the sales process, including client engagement, negotiations, and property transactions
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement effective strategies to maximize team growth and success
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including new developments, investment opportunities, and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Team Leader within the Dubai real estate market
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and developing high performing sales professionals
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a target driven and results focused mindset

Key Responsibilities
