About the Role
Amlak One Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 3-5 years of UAE real estate sales experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor new and existing agents
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize team performance
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular performance feedback
- Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and property transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
- Ensure all team activities comply with RERA/ADREC regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- At least 1 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and/or UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high performing sales team
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage
