Top of the Top Properties is hiring a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent for its growing real estate team.
The role focuses on advising clients and supporting property sales and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment options.
- Conduct property viewings and explain available properties in detail.
- Negotiate property transactions to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
- Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, or additional languages is advantageous.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
