We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly motivated **Real Estate Team Leader** to lead, mentor, and grow our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing agents.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional standards across the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Previous experience leading a real estate team is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable).
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
