Role overview
Lead the growing Abu Dhabi sales team as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
Build teams, drive sales, maximize revenue, and close real estate deals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support consultants with negotiations and deal closing.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and consistent sales reporting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate sales.
- Previous Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Property Consultant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's off-plan and secondary markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An existing client or agent network is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional approach.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
