We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Director to lead, mentor, and scale our sales team.
The ideal candidate holds an active track record in residential or commercial real estate sales leadership.
This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring full compliance with state real estate regulations.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents and sales associates.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and performance improvement plans as needed.
Recruitment & Training
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top real estate talent.
- Organize ongoing training on negotiation, contracts, lead generation, and DRE compliance updates.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Report sales metrics and forecasts to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and branding initiatives.
Required
- Active DRE X license (Broker license strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools
