Role Overview

  • This opportunity is designed for experienced real estate professionals seeking more than just another brokerage. As a Real Estate Investment Advisor, you will manage both secondary market sales and residential leasing transactions while advising buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors acr

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of secondary market sales and residential leasing properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants
  • Source and secure quality listings across Dubai's key residential communities
  • Conduct property valuations, rental assessments, and market appraisals
  • Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from initial enquiry through successful closing
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, consultations, and client meetings
  • Negotiate transactions and structure deals that create value for all parties involved
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Maintain expert knowledge of market trends, pricing movements, inventory, and investment opportunities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience focused on trust, professionalism, and long term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven Dubai real estate experience is mandatory
  • Secondary market experience is highly preferred
  • Strong track record in sales and/or leasing transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Disciplined, professional, and target driven
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle are essential
  • Comfortable operating within a commission only, performance based structure

Commission Structure

  • Commission only role
  • Competitive commission starting from 50%, with progression opportunities based on performance
  • Uncapped earning potential
