Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of secondary market sales and residential leasing properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Source and secure quality listings across Dubai's key residential communities.
  • Conduct property valuations, rental assessments, and market appraisals.
  • Manage complete transaction lifecycle from enquiry to closing.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, consultations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate transactions and structure deals.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of market trends, pricing movements, inventory, and investment opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven Dubai real estate experience mandatory.
  • Secondary market experience highly preferred.
  • Strong track record in sales and/or leasing transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Highly motivated with strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Disciplined, professional, and target driven.
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle essential.
  • Comfortable operating within commission only, performance based structure.

Commission Structure

  • Commission only role.
  • Competitive commission starting from 50%, with progression opportunities.
