- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle
- Comfortable operating within a commission only, performance based structure

Role Overview
- We are seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisors who understand the dynamics of Dubai's commercial property sector and are driven by growth, performance, and long term relationship building.
- This role focuses on commercial sales and leasing opportunities across offices, retail spaces, warehouses, labour camps, mixed use assets, investment buildings, land, and income generating properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease
- Develop relationships with investors, corporate clients, landlords, developers, and business owners
- Source and secure quality commercial listings across Dubai
- Conduct commercial property valuations, market assessments, and investment analysis
- Advise clients on acquisition, disposal, leasing, and investment opportunities
- Arrange and conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
- Negotiate commercial sales and leasing transactions
- Identify off market opportunities and investment driven transactions
- Generate business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic relationship building
- Maintain in depth knowledge of market trends, rental rates, yields, and commercial investment opportunities
- Deliver a consultative advisory experience focused on long term client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai commercial real estate
- Strong track record in commercial sales and/or leasing transactions
- Existing network of investors, business owners, landlords, or corporate clients is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of commercial market dynamics and investment analysis
- Professional, self motivated, and results driven mindset
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle are essential
- Comfortable operating within a commission only, performance based structure
Commission Structure
- Commission only role
- Competitive commission starting from 50%, with progression opportunities based on performance
