Role Overview

  • Seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisors
  • Focus on commercial sales and leasing opportunities across offices, retail spaces, warehouses, labour camps, mixed use assets, investment buildings, land, and income generating properties
  • Ideal candidate possesses strong market knowledge, commercial awareness, negotiation expertise

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease
  • Develop relationships with investors, corporate clients, landlords, developers, and business owners
  • Source and secure quality commercial listings across Dubai
  • Conduct commercial property valuations, market assessments, and investment analysis
  • Advise clients on acquisition, disposal, leasing, and investment opportunities
  • Arrange and conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
  • Negotiate commercial sales and leasing transactions
  • Identify off market opportunities and investment driven transactions
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic relationship building
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of market trends, rental rates, yields, and commercial investment opportunities
  • Deliver a consultative advisory experience focused on long term client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Dubai commercial real estate
  • Strong track record in commercial sales and/or leasing transactions
  • Existing network of investors, business owners, landlords, or corporate clients is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial market dynamics and investment analysis
  • Professional, self motivated, and results driven mindset
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle are essential
  • Comfortable operating within a commission only, performance based structure

Commission Structure
