Join the Real Estate Fund Management team of a leading Saudi investment institution.
Take senior responsibility for real estate funds and investments across evaluation, acquisition, active management and exit.
The role offers a potential longer-term succession path to Head of Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Saudi real estate funds across the complete investment lifecycle, including acquisition, active management and exit.
- Assess new real estate investment opportunities and determine their commercial and financial attractiveness.
- Lead transactions through due diligence, investment approval, execution, management and exit.
- Review and challenge financial models, assumptions, valuations and investment cases.
- Apply investment judgment and reject opportunities with insufficient risk-adjusted returns or fundamentals.
- Develop fund- and asset-level investment strategies and lead investment exit decisions.
- Conduct financial, commercial and risk analysis across prospective and existing investments.
- Establish new private real estate funds and manage or exit existing vehicles.
- Maintain knowledge of fund structures, taxation, governance and regulatory matters.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and lead a team within the Real Estate function.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
- Strong financial judgment and ability to independently assess, challenge and decide on investment opportunities.
- Experience managing real estate funds and investments across acquisition, active management and exit.
- Ability to review and challenge financial models, assumptions, valuations and investment cases.
- Knowledge of fund structures, taxation, governance and regulatory matters.
- Ability to lead transactions and fund-related initiatives from initial evaluation through exit.
- Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and lead a team.
