Role Overview
A leading international law firm is expanding its Middle East Investment Funds practice and hiring a Funds Associate in Dubai.
The role provides responsibility and direct client exposure across the firm's wider international practices.
Funds Practice Responsibilities
- Advise fund sponsors, asset managers, institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Handle the formation and structuring of private investment funds.
- Advise on private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, private credit, and real estate funds.
- Work on DIFC and ADGM fund structures.
- Support investor negotiations, subscription documentation, and side letters.
- Advise on GP/LP arrangements, carried interest, and management incentive structures.
- Handle co-investments and secondary transactions.
- Advise on investment management and advisory platforms.
- Support cross-border fundraising and related regulatory matters.
Practice Coverage
- The team works across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC.
