The role is predominantly focused on Debt Capital Markets, with support for Equity Capital Markets matters as required.
The associate will work on regional and cross-border transactions for institutional and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle debt issuances and capital markets programmes.
- Work on conventional and Islamic capital markets transactions.
- Support regulatory capital and structured debt matters.
- Handle liability management transactions.
- Support IPOs and other equity offerings as required.
- Work on cross-border transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
- Act for clients on issuer-side and bank-side mandates.
Requirements
- Ability to work predominantly on debt capital markets matters.
- Ability to support equity capital markets matters as required.
- Experience or capability in regional and cross-border capital markets transactions.
- Ability to act for institutional and corporate clients on issuer-side and bank-side mandates.
