A leading semi-government investment entity is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Energy and Infrastructure Investments.
The role leads investment activities across energy and infrastructure, with a focus on direct investments, M&A transactions, portfolio management, and asset management.
This is a strategic leadership role for an established investment professional with a strong track record in complex energy and infrastructure transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination, evaluation, execution, and management of direct investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure.
- Assess investment opportunities against strategic objectives and the long-term investment mandate.
- Drive M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and capital deployment processes.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, risk assessment, and investment committee presentations.
- Manage relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, corporates, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Provide strategic oversight and portfolio management support for existing investments.
Candidate Profile
- Bring a strong track record advising on or executing complex transactions within the energy and infrastructure landscape.
- Come from an investment banking M&A or advisory background or a top-tier private equity investment platform.
- Have experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, natural resources, transportation, or related sectors.
