The Consultant, Enterprise Risk Management will support the continued maturity of the ERM function.
The role reports directly to the Senior Director Internal Audit & ERM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Conduct risk assessments across business units and functions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Maintain risk registers, risk appetite statements, and key risk indicators with process and risk owners.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management, the Audit Committee, and governance forums.
- Coordinate risk workshops, control self-assessments, and risk culture initiatives.
- Monitor emerging regulatory, cyber, and operational risks and assess their organisational impact.
- Embed ERM methodologies and tools through training and awareness sessions.
- Contribute to risk management policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and assurance functions on risk and controls.
- Track remediation findings and follow up on stakeholder action plans.
Requirements
- Support enterprise risk management activities across strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risk areas.
- Work with process and risk owners to maintain risk registers, risk appetite statements, and key risk indicators.
- Prepare clear risk reports and dashboards for senior management, the Audit Committee, and governance forums.
- Monitor emerging regulatory, cyber, and operational risks and assess their potential organisational impact.
