Job Summary

  • We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Manage and qualify company generated leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and property values.
  • Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Coordinate the complete sales and leasing process from inquiry to closing.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
  • Develop long term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend property launches, networking events, exhibitions, and developer presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • RERA Broker Card is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage (preferred).
  • Freshers with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
