Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation
- Manage and qualify company generated leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and property values
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate the complete sales and leasing process from inquiry to closing
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- RERA Broker Card is an advantage
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
- Self motivated and target driven
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Job Summary
- We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Manage and qualify company generated leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and property values.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage (preferred).
- Freshers with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
