Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and customer focused Internal Sales Executive to join our growing real estate development team.
Internal Sales
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media channels.
- Conduct professional project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Arrange and conduct project viewings and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare reservation forms and assist with the sales documentation process.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after sales support until the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is completed.
Broker Relationship Support
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with registered brokerage companies.
- Coordinate broker registrations and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Schedule broker meetings, presentations, and project familiarization sessions.
- Organize broker events, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Regularly follow up with brokers regarding available inventory, pricing updates, incentives, and project news.
- Prepare and distribute project marketing materials and sales updates to brokerage partners.
- Maintain and update the broker database.
- Coordinate broker commissions and documentation with the finance department.
- Support the Broker Relationship Manager and Sales Director in expanding the company’s broker network.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Monitor lead conversion ratios and customer follow up schedules.
- Maintain organized records of reservations, contracts, and customer correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably in off plan developments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Arabic is an advantage. Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, or Hindi are considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan real estate market.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
