Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Real estate certification/license (if required by local regulations).
