- Build and manage a small team of video editors to produce ad content weekly

- Track weekly performance metrics on ad spend and revenue

About the Role
- We're a profitable, fast scaling online brand doing ~USD $5M/month in revenue.
- We're hiring someone to run and grow our online sales, managing advertising, content creation, and product pages.
- No ecommerce experience required; we provide full training.
What You'll Do
- Run and manage paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google.
- Come up with ad ideas that grab attention and drive purchases.
- Build and manage a small team of 2–3 video editors.
- Write ad text and build landing pages; continuously test and improve.
- Help expand the brand into new countries and markets.
- Track weekly performance numbers on ad spend and revenue.

Logistics
- Dubai based position working from our office in Downtown Dubai.
- Visa sponsorship provided.
Compensation
- Base AED 18 20k per month depending on background.
- Additional performance compensation starting 6 12 months; strong performers can reach 5 10k AED per month additional.
