About the Role
JMB Brands seeks a Creative Strategist to own the short-form video ad creative pipeline for a DTC home cleaning brand. You will lead a team of 4-5 video editors, develop ad concepts and briefs, and use performance data to scale winning ads on Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 5 video editors: brief, review, set quality standards, manage workload, give feedback
- Own the weekly creative testing pipeline for home cleaning brand across Meta and TikTok
- Develop ad concepts and write briefs for editors
- Partner with media buying team to read performance data and decide what to scale, iterate or kill
- Cut ads yourself when needed for new angles, urgent tests, or A+ concepts
- Track and report on creative performance: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS contribution
- Stay on top of trends in home cleaning category and broader DTC trends on Meta and TikTok
- Build systems, SOPs and workflows for the creative team
Requirements
- 1 3 years producing or directing performance video ads for DTC ecommerce brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Experience managing or leading a team of video editors
- Proven track record of ads that performed at scale
- Strong hands on skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or CapCut
- Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative landscape
- Commercial instinct: thinks in CPA, ROAS and conversion rate
- Structured and self directed
- Strong fluent English
- Stable career history

The Opportunity
- Looking for a Creative Strategist to own short form video ad creative pipeline for flagship DTC brand.
- Lead a team of 4 5 video editors, own weekly creative testing pipeline, develop concepts and briefs.

- Stay on top of trends in home cleaning category and broader DTC trends on Meta and TikTok.
