Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 5 video editors, assign work, review output, give feedback, and set quality standards
- Develop ideas for video ads weekly, including messaging, angles, and hooks
- Write clear creative briefs for editors
- Collaborate with advertising team to analyze ad performance and optimize
- Edit videos personally when needed for new ideas or urgent tests
- Track ad performance weekly and report on what's working
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity
- Build processes and workflows for team efficiency
Requirements
- Hands on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong eye for visual aesthetics and quality
- Understanding of what gets attention on social media
- Leadership ability to manage and give feedback to a team
- Organized and self driven
- Strong written and spoken English
- Genuine interest in creativity and content
- Commitment to settle in Dubai and build a long term career

- Hiring a Creative Team Lead to manage video ad creative, coming up with ad ideas and leading a team of 4 5 video editors.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 4 5 video editors — assign work, review output, give feedback, set quality standards.
- Come up with ideas for video ads every week — messaging, angles, hooks.
- Write clear creative briefs for editors.
- Work with advertising team to analyze ad performance and optimize.
- Edit videos yourself when needed for new ideas or urgent tests.
- Track ad performance weekly and report on what's working.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: AED 15,000–20,000 depending on experience.
- Performance linked bonus after 6 month probation.
