About the Role
A fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand is seeking a Senior Growth Operator to own the full growth engine including media buying, creative strategy, copywriting, and funnel building. You will manage a team of video editors and work directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Own daily media buying across Meta, Google, Axon (Applovin), and Taboola
- Drive creative strategy — concepts, hooks, angles, briefs — and grow creative output engine
- Hire, train, and manage 2 3 additional video editors to ship winning creatives weekly
- Write and iterate on ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages on Shopify
- Help scale the brand in new regions
- Establish weekly reporting on Revenue, ROAS, and creative win rate
Requirements
- Track record of doing something hard that required real intelligence (e.g., top of class at strong university, scaling a business unit)
- Deep creative instincts and marketing knowledge
- Data driven operator fluent in spreadsheets, attribution, and unit economics
- High level written and verbal English
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify
- Stability: no job hoppers (less than 18 months at recent roles)
- Ability to manage a small team and challenge the CEO directly

About the Role
- We're a profitable, fast scaling DTC e commerce brand doing ~USD $3M/month in revenue.
- Looking for a Senior Growth Operator to own and execute the full growth engine.
What You'll Do
- Own daily media buying across Meta (primary), Google, Axon (Applovin) and Taboola
- Drive creative strategy — concepts, hooks, angles, briefs — and grow our creative output engine
- Hire, train and manage 2 3 additional video editors to ship a consistent pipeline of winning creatives weekly
- Write and iterate on ads, landing pages, funnels and product pages on Shopify
- Help scale the brand in new regions
- Establish weekly reporting on Revenue, ROAS and creative win rate
What We're Looking For
- A track record of doing something hard that required real intelligence
- Deep creative instincts (marketing knowledge)
- Data driven operator — fluent in spreadsheets, attribution and unit economics
- High level written and verbal English
