Role Overview
Amlak One Real Estate is seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on property sales, leasing, client relationships, and performance-driven results.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Assist clients with residential and commercial property transactions.
- Conduct viewings and advise clients on available properties.
- Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends and property developments.
- Manage contracts, agreements, transaction documents, and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver customer service throughout the process.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A strong, target-focused sales mindset is required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
- UAE real estate market knowledge is advantageous.
- A UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
