Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire residential and commercial property listings in Abu Dhabi.
• Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct property assessments and maintain accurate listing documentation.
• Keep property information, prices, availability, and descriptions updated.
• Manage an active portfolio of property listings.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote properties.
• Advertise properties through relevant real estate portals.
• Follow up with landlords and develop long-term owner relationships.
• Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends, competing listings, and rental or sales activity.
• Meet monthly listing and performance targets and maintain accurate records.

Candidate requirements

• At least two years of UAE real estate experience is required.
• Abu Dhabi real estate experience is mandatory.
• Experience acquiring property listings and dealing directly with landlords or property owners is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is required.
• A good understanding of property sales and leasing is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to generate leads independently and convert them into listings.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• An existing network of property owners and landlords is highly preferred.
• Additional languages are advantageous.

Market and marketing skills

• Strong knowledge of real estate portals and online property marketing is required.
• Candidates should understand Abu Dhabi property prices, communities, projects, market trends, and rental or sales activity.

Compensation

• The role offers a salary plus commission package.
• The posting lists pay of AED 2,077.63 to AED 6,802.63 per month.

Work location

• The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the work location is in person.
