About the Role
Manage property listings, develop relationships with property owners, ensure accurate and attractive property marketing, and support the sales team with high-quality inventory in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings from owners and landlords.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners.
- Manage accurate property listings across relevant platforms.
- Update property information, pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions regularly.
- Coordinate with photographers and marketing teams on property presentations.
- Monitor market trends, property prices, and competitor listings.
- Follow up with owners about listing updates, pricing, availability, and property viewings.
- Maintain current property inventory for the sales team.
- Work with Property Consultants to maximize exposure and potential transactions.
- Ensure listings comply with company standards and UAE real estate regulations.
- Track listing performance and report updates to management.
- Achieve monthly listing and performance targets.
Requirements
- Two to four years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in listing, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Proven experience acquiring and managing property listings.
