Amlak One Real Estate is hiring a Portal Specialist for its Abu Dhabi team.
The role manages, publishes, and improves property listings and related lead performance across real estate portals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and publish listings across Property Finder, Bayut, DARI, and other real estate portals.
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, professionally presented, and up to date.
- Optimize listing visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor portal credits, listing exposure, and performance.
- Track expired, rejected, and underperforming listings.
- Analyze listing and lead performance.
- Coordinate with Property Finder, Bayut, DARI, sales teams, and listing teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and DARI is required.
- Previous UAE real estate portal experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical and organizational skills are required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
