About PSI

What You Will Do
- Meet clients and help them choose the right property to buy.
- Conduct property viewings and explain details clearly.
- Build relationships with landlords, buyers and investors.
- Keep property listings complete and updated.
- Guide clients on prices, locations and market trends.
- Handle offers, negotiations and basic paperwork.
- Work closely with marketing and administrative teams when needed.
What PSI Is Looking For
- Candidates should be confident when talking to clients.
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Candidates should be willing to learn the real estate process.
- Candidates should be organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Candidates must be ready to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
Tools and Support
- Agents receive full access to PSI's CRM to manage clients and track deals.
- Company tools and platforms are provided to support daily work.
- Marketing and administrative teams provide operational support.
